Aarthi Subramanian is an experienced Database and Business Intelligence professional with deep knowledge of Oracle tools. Aarthi have expertise in client facing and senior technical roles such as Project Lead and Team Lead. Aarthi have expertise in all aspects of BI/DW including Project Management, Data Modeling, Performance Tuning, ETL design and development, Report and Dashboard design and development as well as installation and administration. Aarthi is comfortable dealing with personnel at all levels of an organization with varying degrees of technical ability and ensuring that business goals are translated into technical requirements and then systems and reports that fulfill those stated goals. Aarthi can use my over 14 years of experience to speak the language of business as well technology to bridge the gap between senior management and IT in order to deliver BI solutions that provide real business value to an organization. Aarthi has a bachelor's in electrical engineering from Madurai Kamarajar University, India and a masters in computer science from University of Texas at Arlington, Texas.

Raj Chokalingapandian is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) and LEED-Accredited Professional (AP) with more than 16 years of experience in field engineering and management, scheduling support and project controls for major projects in the US. Raj's areas of expertise include setting up and leading the project controls department, project/program management offices (PMO), scheduling, cost control, earned value management systems (EVMS), risk management, enterprise portfolio management (EPM), document control systems, value engineering, schedule delay claim analyses, data integration, project optimization, project and resource prioritization, training, mentoring, developing and tracking project metrics, as well as developing policies, procedures, user guides and manuals .Raj's specialized computer software skills include Primavera 3.1, Primavera Enterprise (P6),Progen (JOC), Expedition, SAP and Microsoft Project. Raj has a bachelor's in civil engineering from University of Madras, India, masters in urban engineering from college of engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai, India and a masters in project engineering and management from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas.
